Your questions, answered plainly.
Transparency is how trust is built. Here is how we protect your contributions and meet our obligations to every member.
Yes — your investment is very safe and secure. We use appropriate precautions and instruments to protect your investment, in line with the rules and regulations (cooperative guidelines) governing modern cooperatives and foundations. Be rest assured that your investment or contributions made to Vision Foundation EducConsult are safe and secure.
Your investment is covered and secured across multiple investment portfolios and businesses. We diversify our business horizons because putting all eggs in one basket is dangerous and risky. Vision Foundation EducConsult holds investments that appreciate steadily, and we are also developing organisational assets through landed property and estates, among others.
We also have a strong track record — several members have already received assets fully paid for by the organisation, with some repayment plans continuing over the next two to three years, and outstanding commitments running into millions of naira. In addition, we have committed partners and individuals who invest in our programmes and continue to support us, along with experienced financial and asset management professionals overseeing our operations. Our corporate structures are solid — we bank with reputable institutions and maintain capable committees and boards working effectively, alongside strong investment in ICT and knowledge systems.
If your investment matures and there is a delay in payment, two things happen:
First, we will transparently and sincerely inform you of the reason for the delay, along with the steps being taken to ensure payment is made as soon as possible.
Second, if the delay exceeds one month, we will pay you additional interest for the period of delay until full payment is made.
Yes — if you are unable to continue or receive your asset, your money will be returned. You simply write officially to request a refund of your contributions, in line with the cooperative legal agreement signed at enrollment.
We rely on experienced financial and asset management professionals, strong corporate structures, and reputable banking partners. Our committees and boards work effectively and efficiently, and we invest significantly in ICT and knowledge systems to strengthen how we manage funds, assets, and member obligations.
At Vision Foundation EduConsult, we encourage every active member to keep their monthly contributions regular and within a comfortable amount. If a planned amount feels difficult, we advise reducing it rather than missing payments — this protects both your schedule and the collective plan.
Missing a monthly payment has several consequences. First, it changes the completion date of your plan and disrupts the overall schedule. Second, it affects the expected income for that month, which can reduce our ability to execute other members' projects smoothly. Third, it affects the trust the scheme places in you, and may delay the execution of your own project. Fourth, a penalty of ₦5,000 applies for each missed monthly payment.
Please note: if you fail to contribute for three months within a season — whether consecutively or intermittently — the scheme considers that you have voluntarily withdrawn.
We encourage members to embrace resilience, perseverance, focus, and delayed gratification. Vision Foundation EduConsult is not a get-rich-quick programme — we build and grow wealth together. Great achievements come from consistency and focus.
However, if a genuine need arises and you wish to withdraw from any scheme, you must write officially to the President through your coordinator or executive board. Once approved, your refund is processed either through an instalment method starting three months after approval, or a full payment at the end of the season — you choose the method.
Important: you cannot withdraw from a project or scheme you have already benefited from; you must complete payment. If you have not yet benefited, your withdrawal will be approved and refunds made accordingly. Any preliminary expenses already incurred will be deducted, and the balance returned to you.
Yes — you can use both plans. Every member is permitted to hold a maximum of two investment plans and a minimum of one at any time. When you have no active plan, you are no longer an active member, though you remain a registered member.
We have two broad investment plans. The Savings Investment Plan lets you save monthly or in a lump sum for ten months, then mature over the next two months with a 20% ROI. The Project Investment Plan lets you contribute monthly towards land, a car, a minibus, a house, ICT devices, household items, or solar electricity. You must reach at least 40–50% of the current cost of your chosen asset before execution.
Every member may benefit from a maximum of two schemes per season. Our seasons run January–March (ending in December) and May–July (ending in May/June). Members may also request official approval from the President to start or continue a plan at any time outside the regular season.
Note: to start a new investment plan after a period of inactivity, a new expression of interest form is required. Active members do not need a new form to continue into the next season or begin another plan.
Vision Foundation EduConsult differs from bank loans and conventional cooperatives in several important ways:
1. No hidden charges — there are no VAT, management, SMS, or other fees common in conventional banking. Your alert is sent within 24 hours of contribution confirmation, with only the mandatory CBN charges deducted.
2. No monthly dues or levies — unlike many cooperative organisations, our members do not pay monthly dues or levies.
3. No high interest — bank loans and hire purchases often carry high interest rates. With us, you pay the general market price for your property.
4. Best value — we do not compromise quality for cheap prices. Every product has grades; we choose the highest grades so members enjoy excellent value while continuing their instalment payments.
5. No collateral required — you receive your asset and continue paying while you enjoy it.
6. Guaranteed follow-up — we give follow-up support to ensure your asset delivers the satisfaction you expect.
7. Welfare-focused professionals — we are not conventional businessmen and women; we are professionals doing welfare for our members. We build and grow wealth together, the kingdom way.
You do not receive your asset immediately after your first monthly instalment. At the same time, you do not have to wait until full payment is complete before enjoying it.
Depending on your scheme and the total cost of your asset, you will receive and start using it once you have contributed between 40–50% of the total cost. In some cases, members receive their assets even sooner than expected.
We do not encourage paying 40–50% upfront in one instalment and expecting immediate delivery; that would disrupt the organisation's empowerment plans. We encourage members to begin payments as soon as they join the scheme so they reach the 40–50% target quickly.
We believe in transparency, fairness, delayed gratification, and discipline. Our integrity and sincerity earn the trust we value deeply. Vision Foundation EduConsult is not a get-rich-quick or ponzi scheme — we build and grow wealth. What is built endures; what is blown away soon disappears. With unity of purpose and discipline, we go far together. If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go with people — here, we are poised to go far with every member.
You are welcome to increase your monthly savings within the first six months to whatever amount you choose.
If you wish to increase your savings after the first six months, we will open an additional account for you as a new savings and investment scheme. This is for your own benefit and to guarantee your investment. So, feel free to increase your contributions at any time.
